All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within ‌1-3 business days‌ (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after we receive your order and confirm payment. Please note:

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM Singapore Time (SGT) or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • During peak seasons or major promotions, processing times may extend to 5 business days. We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers

We proudly ship within ‌Singapore‌ and to ‌international destinations worldwide‌.

  • Primary Shipping Partners:‌ We partner with reliable logistics companies such as ‌Singapore Post (SingPost)‌ for domestic deliveries and a combination of international carriers like ‌DHL, FedEx, and UPS‌ for global shipments, depending on the destination and service selected.
  • You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been handed over to the carrier.

3. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

At checkout, you will be presented with available shipping options and their associated costs and estimated delivery times.

A) For Singapore (Domestic):

  • Standard Shipping (3-5 business days):‌ Our economy service, perfect for non-urgent orders.
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days):‌ For when you need your travel gear quickly. Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM SGT for same-day dispatch (subject to processing time).

B) For International Orders:
Delivery times vary significantly based on destination, customs clearance, and service level.

  • Economy International (10-25+ business days):‌ The most cost-effective option for destinations like the Americas, Europe, and other regions.
  • Express International (3-7 business days):‌ Our premium, fast, and tracked service to most global destinations.

Please Note:‌ All delivery timeframes are ‌estimates‌ provided by carriers and are not guaranteed by SG Travel Goods. Unforeseen events like weather, customs inspections, or logistical issues may cause delays.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery Destination
  • Selected Shipping Service
  • Total Weight and Dimensions‌ of your package

We strive to keep shipping costs fair and transparent. You will see the final shipping charge before you complete your purchase.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your ‌tracking number‌ and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. You can use this to monitor your package’s journey in real-time.

If you have created an account on our site, you can also log in to view your order status and tracking information under ‌“My Account” > “Orders.”


6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

  • For International Customers:‌ Orders shipped outside of Singapore may be subject to import duties, taxes (such as GST, VAT, or customs fees), and brokerage charges levied by the destination country. ‌The recipient is solely responsible for paying these charges.
  • SG Travel Goods has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We declare the full value of all shipments as required by law. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

7. Shipping Address & Accuracy

  • It is ‌crucial‌ that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment/unit numbers and a valid contact phone number.
  • We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check it before confirming your order. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us ‌immediately‌ at ‌moonwander@sgtravelgoods.com‌. We will try to update the information if the order has not yet been processed for shipment. Once a package is in transit with the carrier, we cannot reroute it.

8. Undeliverable Packages & Returns to Sender

Packages may be returned to us (our return address: 26 Chia Ping Rd, Singapore 619977) for several reasons, including:

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address.
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts.
  • Refusal by the recipient.
  • Unpaid customs fees in the destination country.

If a package is returned to us:

  1. We will notify you via email.
  2. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. Alternatively, we can process a refund for the merchandise cost, but ‌the original shipping charges will not be refunded‌, and a restocking fee may apply in some cases.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

SG Travel Goods is not liable for packages that are marked as “delivered” by the carrier but are not received by the customer. We recommend:

  • Using a secure, traceable shipping address (e.g., a workplace or a place where someone can receive the package).
  • Monitoring your tracking information closely.
  • Contacting your local postal office or building management if the tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package.

If your package is lost in transit (tracking shows no movement for an extended period beyond the estimated delivery time), please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
